Each course includes;

  • 12 fun, different, challenging sessions over a 4 week period. Tues/Thurs/Fri 6am-6.45am
  • Full diet plan & advice with 24/7 help and assistance.
  • Access to private members FB page and Whats App group
  • Friendly & welcoming atmosphere to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.

  • Simple easy to follow advice.
  • Complete indoor training so weather is never a factor.
